Super Easy Baby Back Ribs

For the 4th of July I wanted to make some baby back ribs and thought it would be a great day to do it in the crock pot since we'd be in and out all day.  It was so easy, fall-off-the-bone tender and the family devoured it.

Instructions:
1. Cut 3 lb rack of baby back ribs in 3 bone segments and place in crock pot.
2. Sprinkle ribs with a spice rub mixture of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder.
3. Slice some onions and sprinkle on top of the ribs
4. Drizzle with 1-2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce.
5. Set crock pot to high for 4-5 hours.
6. Go do something fun or productive
7. Come back and enjoy tender, moist ribs waiting for you nice and hot
served with a side of bbq baked beans
Tip: you can easily double this recipe as long as the crock pot is 1/2-2/3 full.

I actually bought 2 racks of ribs and wanted to try a recipe done in the oven to compare the results.  Stay tuned for that post!
